District 3 is located in the Lower Ottawa Valley which includes the Russell & Prescott Counties, excluding that portion of Russell Township west of and including Concession IV.

"A" and "AA" teams in the District are administered by The Eastern Ontario Cobras.

"AAA" in the District is administered by The Eastern Ontario Wild AAA Hockey Association, which consists of players from ODMHA Districts 2, 3 and 12, excluding South Stormont.
